Harmonious Work Environment

In order to prevent labor disharmony in the building, we request that tenants only employ contractors in the building for construction, painting, moving, etc. that are approved by the Property Management Office.  35 East Wacker Drive is a union building.  Accordingly, the Property Management Office requires all contractors to have a union affiliation.

If a tenant's contractors cause labor disharmony in the building (including actual or threatened leafleting, picketing, and/or strikes) the Property Management Office may require that work cease immediately.  As noted in your lease, the tenant may be liable for damages resulting from any such labor disharmony.
