Work Order Requests

Tenants can contact the Property Management Office at 312-726-4260 during business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) to request building services including engineering, janitorial, security, and miscellaneous services.  Building security will respond to calls received after business hours.  In the event of an emergency, building security will contact the appropriate building personnel.  All other calls received after business hours will be promptly addressed the next business day. We request that tenants provide the Property Management Office a list of individuals within your company authorized to submit building service requests to the Property Management Office. 

Building services include, but are not limited to:

  • Adjusting temperature
  • After hours HVAC
  • Building key fobs/ID cards
  • Cleaning
  • Freight elevator / loading Dock requests
  • General repairs
  • Hanging pictures, white boards, etc.
  • Keys and locks
  • Replacing ceiling tiles
  • Replacing lights and/or ballasts

We can also assist with general construction, electrical repairs/installations, painting, moving, telecommunications cabling, etc.

Upon completion of a service request, a work order form will be submitted to tenant for signature confirming work has been completed or a proposal will be prepared upon request for tenant approval prior to commencement of a service request.
