35 E. Wacker currently has a recycling program in place that is in full compliance with the City of Chicago Recycling Ordinance. 

Please separate waste as follows:

• Paper recyclable products (mixed use paper, cardboard, etc.)
• Metal/plastic recyclable products (soda cans, water bottles, etc.)
• Wet waste (non-recyclable products). 

The Property Management Office provides building standard recycling containers upon your move into your premises at no charge.  Tenants can provide their own trash containers for non-recyclable waste or purchase containers from the Property Management Office.   

Please contact the Property Management Office at (312) 726-4260 or send an e-mail to the Tenant Services Coordinator, Katie Caesar, at kcaesar@35eastwacker.com to request recycling and/or trash containers for your premises.

Bulk trash items such as furniture, computer equipment, construction debris or excessive amounts of recyclable or non-recyclable waste are not picked up as part of our regular program.  Please contact the Property Management Office to make arrangements for removing bulk items.  An additional service charge will apply for the removal and disposal of bulk trash items.
