35 E. Wacker has 10 high-speed passenger elevator cars (four low rise serving floors 1-13, four mid rise serving floors 13-23 and two high rise serving floors 23-35), one original passenger elevator serving floors 36-40, one freight elevator serving floors 1-24 and the lower levels, and one service elevator serving the basement and sub-basement parking facilities. The 10 high-speed passenger elevators were recently renovated to "best in class" standards typical of Class A office buildings.

The freight elevator is in regular operation on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:15 p.m., except on building holidays.  During normal business hours, the freight elevator is available on a first come, first served basis for normal business deliveries (office supplies, UPS, FedEx, etc.), the transport of service providers, contractors, messengers, and construction personnel, and other limited uses.

Moves, large deliveries such as furniture or deliveries requiring more than 20 minutes (typically more than 2 round trips) must be arranged after operating hours.  Please contact the Property Management Office at (312) 726-4260 to reserve the freight elevator accordingly.  Please see Freight Elevator / Loading Dock Usage for more information.
