Key Fobs/ID Cards

35 East Wacker Drive is accessible after hours through the use of an electronic security system.  Proximity card readers are located at the main building entrance and in six (6) elevators (2 each in the low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise elevator banks).  After hours, building key fobs/ID cards are required to access the main entrance and elevators at the proximity card reader locations.  Building key fobs/ID cards are available to tenants as follows:

New Employees

For new employees, please have an authorized tenant contact complete and sign the Keycard Request/Change Form.  Please return the completed form to the Property Management Office in Suite 600.  In lieu of the form, a keycard request may be submitted via e-mail to the Tenant Services Coordinator, Katie Caesar, at kcaesar@35eastwacker.com. Please include all necessary information in the e-mail (i.e employee name, reason for card issue, and any special access).  Upon receipt of the form or e-mail, the new key fob/ID card will be processed and delivered to the tenant contact by the following business day.

Key Fob/ID Card Replacement, Re-assignment, and Returns

Please complete the Keycard Request/Change Form for any employee's building key fob/ID card that is lost, damaged, or defective.  In lieu of the form, this request may be submitted via e-mail to the Tenant Services Coordinator, Katie Caesar, at kcaesar@35eastwacker.com and must include all necessary information (i.e. employee name, reason for card issue, and any special access).  A replacement will be delivered to the tenant contact by the next business day.

There will be a charge for lost or damaged key fob/ID cards which will appear on your company's monthly statement.

In the event that an employee leaves voluntarily or is terminated, please have an authorized tenant contact inform the Property Management Office.  Please indicate the name of the employee and the key fob/ID card number so that the card can be disabled as soon as possible.  Tenant's may re-assign key fobs to other employees by simply providing the name of the employee and key fob number that will be assigned to the employee.  A re-assigned key fob can be requested via the Keycard Request/Change Form or e-mail as noted above.  We request that key fobs/ID cards are returned in the event a tenant moves out of the building.

We ask that you share copies of the Keycard Request/Change Form with your human resources department or the individual(s) responsible for new hires.  Any questions pertaining to key fobs/IDs should be directed to the Property Management Office at (312) 726-4260.
