Building Access

Tenant and Visitor Access

There are two (2) entrances to 35 E. Wacker Drive, the lobby and the loading dock.  Each entrance is monitored by Security 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

The main lobby entrance is on Wacker Drive just west of Wabash Avenue and is open to tenants and visitors Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  The Security desk, located in the lobby, is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.    

After hours, tenants will be able to access the building using their key fob/ID card at the proximity card reader located outside the main lobby entrance to the left of the ADA Accessible door.  Please see After Hours Access for additional information inlcuding details to arrange after hour access for tenant vendors and guests. 

Messenger Access

During normal business hours, messengers will be required to check-in at the Security Desk located in the building lobby prior to continuing to a tenant's space to pick up and/or drop off a package.  We request that messengers have a certificate of insurance on file with the management office.  For after hours pick up and/or drop off, please see After Hours Access.

In the event that weather conditions result in modified operating hours or building closure, please call the Property Management Office at (312) 726-4260 or visit this web-site for information and updates.  Information on the web-site will be posted as an alert on the home page.
