The Property Management Office is open to assist you between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Accounting

Rent and other applicable charges are typically due on or before the first day of each month.  Monthly invoices detailing fixed rents and charges will be sent to each tenant.  Additional billings, i.e. billable work orders, will also be issued monthly.  Please make certain all payments are timely to avoid late fees and interest.  Payments are accepted in the Property Management Office.  Please refer to your lease for additional details.

Chief Engineer

The Chief Engineer oversees the larger details of engineering operations, utilities, and code compliance.  He and/or his staff are available 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday.

Holidays

The Property Management Office currently observes the following holidays:

·        Thanksgiving Day
·        Christmas Day

Building Security Personnel are posted at the lobby 24 hours a day, seven days per week.  On holidays, After Hours Access procedures are in place and building services including HVAC are available upon request only.  Building service requests on holidays will be charged at overtime rates.

In addition to the Holidays above, building services and Property Management Office hours may be limited on other legal holidays commonly observed in similar class office buildings in the locale of the Building.  Details will be communicated by e-mail memo to our tenant contacts or posted on this site.
